Ingredients

1 jar/can of chickpeas
4-5 tbsp tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
50 ml of cold water
if necessary 1 tbsp olive oil
sourdough bread
A handful of arugula
2-3 tbsp complete organics kimchi of your choice
optional: sprouts
This is how we proceed
–
Cut the sourdough bread into slices. Wash the arugula. Drain the chickpeas, peel the garlic and cut the lemon into halves.
For the hummus, we mix chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, salt, a little water and a little olive oil until the consistency becomes creamy.
Now the sourdough sandwich can be topped with hummus, some arugula and a complete organics kimchi of your choice.
