Avocado sandwich with kimchi

Avocado sandwich is a classic! But have you tried it with spicy kimchi? If not, it's high time you tried this delicious combination!

Ingredients for the first version

sourdough bread
1 avocado
salt & pepper
Black and light sesame
2-3 tbsp complete organics kimchi of your choice
Optional: sprouts

Ingredients for the cucumber kimchi version

sourdough bread
1 avocado
salt & pepper
A handful of arugula
1 tomato
2-3 tbsp cucumber kimchi

This is how we proceed

Cut the sourdough bread into slices.

To make the avocado cream, halve the avocado, remove the core, mash it in a bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Slice a tomato and wash the arugula.

For the first version, add some avocado cream to the sandwich, then a few tablespoons of complete organics kimchi of your choice, optionally a few sprouts and some black and light sesame seeds.

For the second version, the sandwich is topped with some avocado cream, some arugula, a few tomato slices and cucumber kimchi.

Vary your sandwich with our ferments and enjoy.
