Ingredients for the version with daikon kimchi

A handful of arugula
1 tomato
A few sprouts
2-3 tbsp daikon kimchi
This is how we proceed
–
Cut the sourdough bread into slices. Wash the cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts and arugula. Cut the cucumber and tomatoes into slices. Also cut the smoked tofu into slices.
For the first version, the sandwich is spread with plant-based cream cheese and then topped with smoked tofu, cucumber, tomato, sprouts and turmeric cauliflower.
For the second version, cream cheese is also added and then garnished with arugula, tomatoes, sprouts and daikon kimchi.
