Start your day with this nutrient-rich yogurt bowl full of plant-based variety – ideal for a gut-friendly and balanced diet.
Ingredients for one bowl

1 half cup plant-based natural yoghurt
3 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp crushed hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp puffed quinoa
1 handful fresh berries or frozen berries
1-2 tbsp goji beetroot
1-2 tbsp nut butter
1 pinch of cinnamon

This is how we proceed
-
  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Then add rolled oats, walnuts, crushed hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa and berries.
  3. Top with goji beetroot, nut butter and a pinch of cinnamon.
