Ingredients

1 vegan burger pattie
Handful of arugula
1/2 sliced tomato
1 slice vegan cheese
2-3 tablespoons "gurken kimchi"
1 burger bun
Here's how we do it

Toast the bun a bit, then fry the burger pattie and add the cheese on top at the end. Now it's time to assemble - start with the arugula and tomatoes, pattie with cheese on top and finally top with the cucumber kimchi. Put the lid on and enjoy!
