Ingredients

1 jar/can of white beans
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
5-6 tbsp white kimchi fresh parsley
This is how we proceed

- Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Put the white beans in a sieve and drain. Place them in a blender with tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until creamy.
- Then add 5-6 tablespoons of white kimchi and serve with fresh parsley.
The bean dip with white kimchi tastes great with crackers, sourdough bread, snack vegetables or grilled food.
